Temporary Foreign Agricultural Workers / End of Season Survey
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Eligibility:
The contest is open only to Temporary Foreign Agricultural Workers who worked in Canada during the season between January 1 and December 15, 2024.
Participants must have completed the End-of-Season Survey for Temporary Foreign Agricultural Workers in its entirety to qualify for entry into the contest.
If the participants are no longer physically in Canada, they will need to have employment and return date to work in Canada in the following season.
Contest Period:
The contest begins on July 2, 2024, and ends on December 31, 2024.
Draw dates will be determined starting in August 2024.
How to Enter:
Eligible participants must complete the survey provided by WALI.
Only one entry per participant will be accepted.
Multiple entries from the same participant will be disqualified.
Prizes:
A total of 10 Apple iPads v.10 will be drawn.
Prizes are not transferable and must be accepted as awarded.
Prize shipment will be done only within Canada.
Winner Selection:
Winners will be selected through a random raffle from all eligible entries received during the contest period.
The draw will take place on three different dates during the contest period.
Selected participants will be notified by phone, WhatsApp, or email within 7 days after the draw date.
Prize Claim:
To claim each prize, winners must respond to the notification within 14 days and provide their postal address in Canada for prize delivery.
Failure to respond within this period may result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner.
General Conditions:
WALI will conduct necessary verifications to validate winners' personal data, such as full names, contact information, and the farm name where they work.
WALI reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to have manipulated the registration process or violated these terms.
Personal information collected from participants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the contest and awarding prizes. It will not be shared with third parties unless required by law.
WALI reserves the right to modify or terminate the contest at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.
Applicable Law:
The contest is governed by the laws of British Columbia.
By participating in this contest, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions.
